A very good morning to all of ya.

Just when you thought troubles have started to fade, a new one pops in all the time. Sometimes an old. Well, whatever the old or new, I am still keeping quite level-headed about it.

Being bossed around may be a factor, but being used valuably is a point to consider. Many of us take granted the fact that our superiors push us around. Well, little do we realise what they would have gone through to have attained the position they're in.

We always compare ourselves with others. The famous preach would be "the grass is always greener on the other side", however, what about the ones whom we compare ourselves with. Self-problems are never revealed in detail. They may want a chance at our position like how we wish for theirs.

I've come to realise that bosses, good bosses that is, are very soft in nature but a bull when it comes to work related deals. Well, if they aren't, there's no point of them wanting to run a company for a start and employing us.

Being a person who used to run a mini-business, I do understand how the bosses are. They'd want the best. Due to the fact that "productivity increases revenue; revenue increases pay-rise", so when they screw us up, its mainly the fact that they want this concept to work, because not only do they get higher profits from the shareholdings, the staff working get their rewards and benefits as well.

Like as for me, my company's boosting me skywards. I do, nevertheless get my fair share of "the ass-kicking and being yelled at", but take a moment and turn yourself around. Stand in place of your superior and wonder deep how you'll be running the company with a big staff quantity.

Sorry folks for being a pain in the ass and boring you with this, but I really feel that instead of us complaining and wishing our bosses to be dead, we just got to understand, they went through a similar experience, thats why they are where they are, earning the "MEGA BUCKS & LIVING CONTENTEDLY" and we're where we are "STILL COMPLAINING AND GOSSIPING".

Rite then, hope I've made some minds wonder about it. Till the next time.

P.s : Next blog would be interesting. I assure you. Its gonna be about "love", "marriage", "betrayal", "giving-in" and lastly "forgiveness". A true but complicated love story that might inspire some to cherish love rather than think you're in love, but just doing anything due to obligations. The story starts off with a good looking chap being introduced to a "then" young and innocent school girl. The series of events that follow after that is a roller coaster ride! Well, for starters there's surely the "bad guys". The ending?! Well, thats the suspense! I am gonna quote names as well. Look out for it!!! My very own gossip column!
